We collect account details such as name, email, authentication provider, and billing status. We also store the records you create, including career proof, documents, applications, job listings, applicants, notes, scorecards, interview material, files, and generated outputs.
We use this information to operate Veas, authenticate accounts, save and render records, process billing, send transactional email, support integrations you connect, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
When you connect an agent or ask Veas to prepare content, relevant workspace records may be sent to the integration you authorized. Veas does not sell private workspace content or use it for behavioral advertising. Third-party agents and tools process data under their own terms once you authorize them.
We use providers such as Stripe for billing, Resend for email, hosting and storage providers for the application, and Google Analytics for aggregate public-site metrics. These providers receive only the data needed to provide their services.
We keep workspace records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request export or deletion. Some logs, backups, billing records, or security records may be retained for a limited period where required for operations, recovery, compliance, or fraud prevention.
