Veas provides software for career records, documents, applications, hiring workspaces, applicant workflows, and agent integrations. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Hiring workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing team access and permissions.
You keep ownership of the records, files, and materials you add to Veas. You give Veas permission to host, process, display, export, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and integrations you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
Veas can help agents draft, summarize, compare, and prepare work from your records. You must review important outputs before sending, publishing, rejecting, advancing, or relying on them. Third-party agents and tools are governed by their own terms.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You may cancel from the billing area; access continues through the period already paid for unless the product states otherwise. Fees are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Do not use Veas for illegal, discriminatory, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, overload the system, impersonate others, or send spam through the product.
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above or giving notice in the product when appropriate. Integration or protocol changes are versioned when they affect compatibility in a material way.
